Now the drugs don't work, they just make you worse

Katou is a 17 year old Japanese high school senior. An unfortunately family life drove him to a life of delinquency and drug addiction. After a drug deal goes bad on him, he is used as a tool by an insane angel named Rosiel and ends up getting killed by the latest reincarnation of Rosiel's twin sister, a teenage boy named Setsuna that Katou used to beat up sometimes. In Hades— the underworld— he's told he can't make it into heaven and faced off against the guy who killed him... Setsuna, it seems, went into the underworld to find his sister. Katou is told to make it into heaven, he has to kill Setsuna.

Naturally, the two become friends and take on heaven and hell together.

Height:Approximately 5'9" (175 cm)
Build: Skinny (needs a damned sandwich or two)
Hair: Bleached blond, to his shoulders
Eyes: Hazel brown
Other Physical: He has a tattoo of roses and revolvers on his upper right arm and a single piercing in his left ear. He's got some faint scarring from past drug use

His left arm is made of metal, twisted steel and piping and claws for hands. He sometimes has three wings, but only when he lets them show.

Other Notes: For those who can notice these things— he's the spirit of a dead human (with a touch of angelic/holy power added on for good measure) walking around in a body made of plant matter.

Mask or Menace Powers
• Astral Powers
After becoming part-angel— specifically with the powers of the Organic Angel, Alexiel— Katou theoretically has the ability to use all the same astral powers an angel does (which includes being able to sense other angels/demons/etc, astral... lasers I guess?, and a variety of specialized skills depending on the angel)...

...However, so far, all Katou's figured out how to use is pull three giant, feathery wings in and out of existence on his back.

• Self-vicissitude
This is the ability to shift the features of his body to look like anyone vaguely humanoid, so long as he can concentrate on their appearance. This does include his own face, because without using this ability, he's got no face or features aside from a vaguely humanoid shape. The ability mainly stems from his body being made of plant material and not having a set shape.

• Contact High
This is the ability to impart the effects of being on drugs with just a touch. Which drugs the touch mimicks depends on what Katou is trying for, because he can't use it accidentally. It can be noted, however, that he can't use it on himself— to his eternal irritation.
