What Happened:

Katou mentioned to Setsuna that he had a tendency of breaking up with his girlfriends when he felt they got too serious. This is one of those instances. She was a nice enough girl— pretty, not terribly bright but had a decent personality. In fact, she kind of reminded him a little of his sister, which started to get to him. And he was starting to get comfortable with her... so he dumped her. Needless to say, she didn't take it too well. He didn't give her a proper reason why, just said that he was bored with her now. There was an arguement, she slapped him, and he walked away in the end. He regretted it a little, but it was probably for the best, as far as he was concerned. Who needs to get that serious?
