What It Is:
This is his drug history catching up with him. It's going to take more to get him high than it used to. But this skill comes with a bonus equipped to it! He has literally taken so many drugs that his mind is resistant to control. Which by absolutely no means says it's impossible, just that anyone who wants to try is going to encounter a resistance that wasn't there before. And even if they succeed, he'll be more aware of what's going on than before— even if he can't really do anything about it.
