What It Is:
Basically, this is extensive knowledge on types of illegal drugs and what they can do for Katou, as opposed to only remembering one or two vague things. It's like having a library of illicit drugs open in his mind. There is... really nothing else to this skill. It just makes it easier for Katou to know what he wants, and what effects they will have.
