What It Is:
This is the art of effectively kicking ass. This will make Katou better at beating the shit out of thing--being able to throw better and harder punches, strategize for maximum effectiveness, etc. This also improves his ability to fight with improvised weapons and have them deal decent damage. BASICALLY, this is Katou being better at being a punk who likes to pick fights. >D
