â–º Special: Malleable visage-style shapeshifting with concentration.
What It Is:
Katou can now make himself look like any person. This is not a perfect transformation per se-- it requires concentrating on details, so if he doesn't know someone's supposed to have a birthmark and tries to assume their form, it won't be there. But unless you're really nitpicky, he can pass for anyone he wants to. Note that this only applies to humans/humanoids--he cannot turn into animals or what have you.
