What Happened:

This is the first time Katou ever gets high. Basically, he's in his first year of high school, at a hostess club, halfway to being drunk and miserable as fuck. So he gets approached by one of the hostesses with more "extracurricular" hobbies, because man this kid's an easy target okay. And she's like HERE WHY DON'T YOU TRY THESE PILLS, THE FIRST TIME IS FREE. RUN AWAY FROM ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS. And at this point, Katou's so desperate to feel anything other than angry and miserable and frustrated that he goes with it.

And it's pretty much the most amazing thing he's ever felt. For him, the euphoria's like the first time he's ever felt good, not just desperate, frustrated, angry, upset... it's a little like how he's imagined it feels to be happy. Like you don't have any problems. And he's finally able to relax and enjoy the damned club. And also make an idiot of himself because he's high, but he feels so good that he just isn't bothered by it.

Learned/Effects:
• Not much, but the feeling of experiencing being high for the first time is really pleasant and has a lingering "good feelings" effect after he's finished with it.
